As one of the major profit means of most Internet companies,advertising has been applied in a variety of Internet services.Many Internet companies have rearched on how to provide users with personalized advertising and how to improve customer’s satisfaction and effectiveness of advertising.The development of mobile Internet and the portability and situational awareness of mobile device have provided the hardware conditions for the development of location-based services,and thus the location-based services like the online maps,group buy,etc.is developing rapidly.On the other hand,the rise of assisted driving and autopilot technology,as well as optimization of mobile applications for driving the scene and the development of vehicle intelligent systems,making the use of Internet services in the car more frequent,thus provide a good platform for the car network environments.In order to optimize the effectiveness of the online advertisements which served by local advertiser in car environment,this paper designs an advertisement schedule layer to optimize the play strategy of the advertisement data.The user’s position is constantly changing while driving,thus the context factor needs to be taken into account to maximize the effectiveness of limited ad play chance.Second,unlike the discrete behavior while using traditional network services,the user’s behavior in the driving environment is limited and the behavoir is more continuous and single while using internet service in driving environment.Therefore,the ads which recommended to certain user are interdependent.In addition to focusing on the recommended effect of a single ad,the advertising system in this special circumstances also need to improve the overall effect of advertising sequence.After the recommendation system make recommendations with the user’s demographic information and user interest model data,etc.The scheduling layer then optimize the overall playback effect of the advertisement sequence using the user’s matching data,context matching data and user’s driving history data,etc.The advertising scheduling problem in driving environment is abstracted into the appropriate mathematical model to achieve the target of the advertising scheduling layer,that is,the optimization problem of maximizing the comprehensive benefits of advertising sequence under certain constraints.At first,we set different constraints to achieve the demand of this special circumstances,such as play time constrain,play interval control and acvertising type control and so on.And then design a reasonable objective function to measure the benefit of the advertising sequence.Secondly,this paper introduced the integer programming model to solve the problem of advertising scheduling under the simplified circumstances.Integer programming model is simple to achieve for these simple systems,and it is suitable to use for the initial analysis of advertising scheduling problem.Finally,an ant colony optimization algorithm is introduced to analyze and solve the mathematical model of larger problem scale andmore complicated conditions.After analyzing the advertising scheduling problem into an ant colony optimization(ACO)algorithm,the process of using the ACO algorithm to solve the advertising scheduling problem is introduced in detail,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by using the experimental data.
