Research On The Application Of Xinjiang Ethnic Elements In Mobile Phone Interface Design

In recent years,mobile Internet has been developing in a rapid speed and mobile devices are much popularized in net citizens.Mobile interface,a medium for interaction between human and mobile phones,is attracting the eyeballs of more and more designers.A favorable interface may bring users visual enjoyment,emotional resonance as well as convenient operating experience.Up to now,whether iOS-based Apple or Android-based Xiaomi and Meizu all have the interface designs of their own,which are most popular in a great majority of users.However,most of the interface designs on mobile phones are aiming at simple beautification or simplification;All of the same pattern is given to the artistry for the interface as a cultural carrier;or flat design is advocated stiffly in style,as it has become a permanent trend of aesthetics,which forgets the professional mission for designers----showing users the spiritual meaning of beauty,creativity and design style through dedicated designs potentially.Seen from this point,we are led to a practical topic worthy of exploration-----Integrating the culture and elements of ethnic minorities with the interface designs of modern mobile phones,in the hope that to promote the culture and art of the ethic minorities,raise a new thought for modern fashionable design.Based the great love to Xinjiang culture and the time of smart phones popularized,the author decides to make a try to integrate the ethnic elements of Xinjiang to the interfaces of mobile phones.Owning unique culture,Xinjiang has been a shining star in China and around the world since Han Dynasty,where a great number of ethnic minorities live and create diverse figures and colors,strong in art,and countless materials can be borrowed for the interface designs of mobile phones;take Atlas design as an example,the flowery color,elegant appearance and magnificence are natural icons,which are theoretically suitable for the interface design.Depending on design examples and experience at home and abroad as well as analysis and refinement of characteristics of ethnic elements of Xinjiang,the author finall showing two sets of Xiaomi themes finally from the overall design and the local,namely Xinjiang Custom and Atlas Fashions as well as a set of Xiaomi icon design proposal----Kazakh patterns and designs.Then the themes will be posted to Xiaomi platform for more users so as to make them understand the colorful Xinjiang culture,at last,the analysis,practice and attempt are expected to attract more people to dig the countless charms and potentials in the treasury of the minority culture.
