| With the explosive growth of the economy and population of the coastal areas,the shortage of land resources is becoming more and more obvious,so the coastal cities need to expand the space to the coastal waters and ease the contradiction between economic and land resources with the use of sea area.The research on the technology of the sea area use monitoring is helpful to obtain and master the basic information of sea area,which is important to achieve the effective use of sea area.Remote sensing images provide powerful technical support for monitoring of sea area use with their macro and fast access to surface information.At the same time,Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR)is widely used in the field of sea area use monitoring,which is not affected by weather,illumination and other factors.With capabilities of comprehensive and high-resolution data acquisition,GF-3 images are able to achieve ocean and terrestrial information for monitoring sea area use monitoring.With the increase of the resolution and the size of the GF-3 image,the traditional method of information extraction will lead to the loss of information.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the information extraction technology,which requires complex grid matrix operation for information extraction and flexible vector data analysis for information post-processing.In this paper,GF-3 remote sensing image is selected as the data sources for the advantages for information extraction,and the sea area use monitoring system is carried out for the use of reclamation and raft cultivation.The design and implementation of the three modules of preprocessing,reclamation information extraction and raft cultivation information extraction are completed specifically.For the features of the GF-3 image,the system chooses C# as basic development environment,combining the image processing and data computing capability of ENVI/IDL and flexible vector data processing capability of ArcGIS to realize sea area use monitoring.At the same time,in the aspect of data visualization,the IDL object graphics system is used to visualize the remote sensing data and the information,which is important to obtain the information of reclamation information and raft cultivation in key areas for the sea area use monitoring. |
