X-ray single crystal diffraction structure analysis is an important way to understand the microstructure of crystalline material,X-ray single crystal diffractometer gradually become a conventional characterization instrument.Through the research of X-ray single crystal diffractometer,it can enhance the industrial technology grade and core competencies of X-ray analysis equipment in China,at the same time break the situation in which lack of technology of domestic X-ray single crystal diffractometer,while Changing the passive situation of domestic imports.The operation and control system of X-ray single crystal diffractometer is responsible for monitoring the various components of the instrument,data acquisition and analysis,working as the core of single crystal diffractometer software.Combined with the Operation and Control System of X-ray Single Crystal Diffractometer project,this paper understands the function module and system architecture,synthesizes the shortcomings of the control system of single crystal diffractometer,changes the host computer directly controls the lower computer mode,designs the organization structure based on C/S structure.In this paper,the RabbitMQ message queue server is used as the communication control server,and the communication control layer of the remote control system is built on the basis of the specific service design of the system.It encapsulates the system business and communicates remotely via the custom protocol XSI.In the aspect of image preprocessing,the reciprocal transformation is deduced,the find peak algorithm is designed and implemented,and the intelligent discriminant algorithm is designed and implemented.Finally,the function of the remote control system and the performance of the communication control server are tested.
