| Teaching Management Platform in University-Enterprise Cooperation provides a good support for the University-Enterprise Cooperation.This report is based on one of the most industrially popular multi-structural design models that built on top of the B/S platform.ASP.NET technology is used to implement the system functionality.SQL Server database system is used to consolidate data management.Data Encryption and file stream technology is used to improve the security on processing information and data.The platform provides functionality on timetable management,teaching material management,campus services management,resource management,operational management,and data analysis management.A proper implementation on those functionalities will help University-Enterprise Cooperation to simplify the troubleshooting process on teaching management,increase the efficiency on teaching management,improve the communication between universites and enterprises.This report firstly introduced the concept of Teaching Management Platform for University-Enterprise Cooperation,and defined its content.Then it introduced the key technology to develop this platform.The report analysed the business processes of University-Enterprise Cooperation to determine user profiles and business category.This report would then introduce the platform structure and the design documents on all sub-components,and the implementation on all main modules according to the design documents.Finally,the report showed the test and acceptance to the platform.Through some positive test result on the platform and successful test runs,the report showed the platform has successfully met the requirements on the initial design,and successfully met the expectation from enterprises to university cooperation teaching management on daily operation requirement.The platform should help enterprises dramatically improve their information management level,and increase the working efficiency on teaching management. |
