Noise is everywhere,because in most cases it has a negative effect on the detection system and is treated as an interference signal in the signal processing,and many studies focus on how to de-noise it.However,in recent years,the positive role of noise has been gradually found in the detection system by adding the right amount of noise which can improve the detection performance.In this paper,based on the study of noise enhancement,noise enhancement is applied to mammary micro-calcification and image contrast improvement.Firstly,the three models of noise enhancement signal detection and the corresponding optimal noise probability density function are established.Secondly,the micro-cracking detection process and principle based on noise enhancement under the condition of breast signal compliance are introduced.And the detection performance improvement is verified through the simulation experiment.Finally,the noise enhancement is applied to the improvement of image contrast,and the experimental simulation results and experimental datas are given.The main innovations and work of this paper are:Firstly,three models of noise enhancement signal detection are established,which improve the false alarm probability under the condition of fixed detection probability,improve the detection probability under the condition of fixed false alarm probability,and improve the detection probability and false alarm probability simultaneously.The optimal noise probability density function and the improvement of the detection performance are given,and the background noise is subjected to the detection example under the Rayleigh distribution condition,and the experimental simulation and experimental data are analyzed.Secondly,the noise-enhanced signal detection is applied to the detection of breast micro-calcifications,and the false positive rate is reduced,the true positive rate is increased,the false positive rate is decreased and the true positive rate is improved.In the case of noise,the process and principle of micro-calcification of mammary gland are enhanced when the breast signal is subjected to four different distributions.The experimental results and experimental data are analyzed,and the effectiveness of noise enhancement is further proved.Then,based on the existing single Gaussian distribution as a research,this paper establishes a mixed Gaussian distribution to generalize the problem,further optimize the model to solve the problem of model mismatch,and analyze the estimation method of mixed Gaussian distribution parameters.Finally,the method of obtaining the optimal Gaussian noise is proposed by applying the noise enhancement to the improvement of the image contrast.The contrast of the low contrast image is improved by noise enhancement,and the validity of the noise enhancement and the breadth of the application are further proved.
