With the mobile Internet,cloud computing,Internet of things and other new information technology integrate with manufacturing technology,information,digital and intelligence has become main features of the enterprise manufacturing workshop in recent years.Under the background,the engineering training mode based on single job not match the demand of intelligent manufacturing,the demand of users tends to be personalized,diversified and intelligent,which makes the business logic of engineering training becomes more complex and changeable.However,relatively simple event function,fixed event execution logic,and higher system coupling are the characteristics of current engineering training system.As a result,it is unable to support the execution of variable engineering training event logic.This paper proposes a technical framework for the cloud training system based on the mode of “cloud and end” to meet the training demand of intelligent manufacturing.This framework uses RFID,NFC,bar code,one/two-dimensional code and other sensing equipment and electronic tags technology to achieve the goal of intelligent packaging and cloud access for the various types of training resources(e.g.people,materials,equipment,etc.)in the cloud training workshop.In order to help users to conveniently obtain the required training resources anytime and anywhere,the framework provides training cloud services based on Saa S for users with an open service system and interface.Aimed at the complex and changeable engineering training event logic and tightly coupled engineering training system,this paper proposes a event execution engine mechanism based on cloud objects.The engine maps smart training objects bound in the cloud training workshop into cloud objects in the form of "entity-attribute-behavior".And each cloud object contains a series of general and extensible atomic operations.In order to provide the service entity for the abstract training event process,this paper publishes the atom operation of the cloud object into the atomic service and provides a unified service access interface for each atomic service.The engine can arrange andorganize the dependency order of the atomic operation for the cloud object to generate more complex training event activities through the flexible and configurable service rules.And then,the event activity generated by the service rules can provide the function support for each training event(e.g.out of storage,scheduling,inspection,etc)of the cloud training process and meet the need of complex training cloud services for users.In this paper,we provide a relatively perfect training service and complex combination service for the cloud training system through the atomic service of the cloud object and the service rule.Trough the configurable service rules,the cloud training system well adapts to the complex and changeable training event environment and meet the user’s personalized and intelligent training requirement.
