As one of the most influential 21 technologies and change the world's top 10 technologies in the 21 st century,Wireless sensor network has been highly valued in military,industry and academia.In the traditional wireless sensor network,battery power is used usually,which need to replace the battery periodically,Not only restricts the practical application,but also greatly improve the network maintenance costs.As a new technology,Wireless Rechargeable Sensor Network(WRSN)integrates wireless charging,sensing,communication,computing and other functions,effectively alleviate or eliminate the energy supply problems of traditional sensor network,so becomes a hot research.In order to solve the bottleneck problem of energy supply in the traditional wireless sensor network for airbag air pressure monitoring in the construction technology of ship airbag,this paper has developed an air pressure sensor circuit system based on Qi wireless charging protocol,which can be seamlessly connected with the device cloud platform through the Wi-Fi chip CC3200.The system is mainly composed of wireless charging,ZigBee wireless sensor network and device cloud platform.The chip BQ51050 B of Texas Instruments was chosen as wireless charging receiver power management.The CC2530 chip of Texas Instruments was chosen as ZigBee hardware solution,the CC3200 Wi-Fi module and the Z-Stack protocol stack were also provided by Texas Instruments.Digi Device Cloud of the United States Digi International Inc.was chosen to this system.After system testing,the whole system is stable and normal operation,which can collect data accurately and upload the data to the device cloud to save and display.The main work finished in this paper includes following aspects:1)The background of the research is expounded,and then the development process of wireless sensor network and wireless charging technology are summarized.Finally,the research status of wireless sensor networks is introduced.2)IEEE802.15.4 standard and Zig Bee protocol were discussed in detail.3)The design of the air pressure sensor circuit based on Qi wireless charging protocol was proposed.The functions which need to achieve were introduced,and the selections of hardware chip,software compiler environment,protocol stack,network topology and other aspects were made.4)The design of the sensor circuit was described in detail,and the software design flow of Zig Bee terminal node and coordinator node were introduced.5)A test analysis was made for the actual use requirements,including wireless charging distance,full charging time,the stability of the data collected by the wireless sensor network terminal node and the reliability of the data transmission of the network sensor network.6)Finally,this paper made a summary and prospect.
