With the further development of information technology,the printing and packing company has accumulated a large amount of data in daily production,how to use the data to find the relationship throw the data analysis.provides a new method and means for production management and process recipe management offer the examination analysis and process optimization analysis,It is a good engineering significance and application prospect of research and application development direction.This topic is based on the cooperation with Shaanxi BeiRen project,Demanding the need of the actual problems exiting in the enterprise production.Design the production performance analysis module and process analysis module.Use ETL fill the data mart and transform the original data,clear and loaded into the data mart,to establish a data analysis cube,realize the middle and naming calculation,through OLAP implementation management at different levels from different angles,the data is cut into parts,ground up slices,rotation,drilling and other operations.Using MDX language completed during the data query.Finally,Report Server combine analysis results in form of Report management and evaluation of requirements in terms of design,In the form of web page to display the report,realize flexible display of the Report.This paper also involves the calculation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE).strive for a more comprehensive analysis of the data,provide decision makers with more valuable information.Through the research and application development of this paper,for the printing machine production data and the research and application of the process parameters provides a basic platform,and through the client display technology for its rich,vividly.Involved in the program function for the exploration and implementation,try to solve the basis and key issues,to achieve the desired purpose.
