Abstract/Summary:
The existing motion QR code scanner is so expensive that hinders the popularization of QR code in logistics sorting.So how to realize the recognition of motion QR code through algorithm optimization on low-cost platform is the main problem discussed here.In this paper,the motion blurred QR code restoration process is systematically studied by combining the motion blurred image restoration technique and QR code recovery technique,and designed a recognition system,which provides a reference for the application of QR code in logistics sorting.The research work in this paper includes four parts in the following:1)Positioning and parameter estimation.Firstly,a QR code localization algorithm based on difference operation is proposed,which can locate the position of the QR code in the motion blurred image.Secondly,the two motion blur distance estimation algorithms are analyzed and compared.Thirdly,to improve the motion blur angle estimation algorithm based on quadratic transformation method,a motion angle estimation algorithm based on gradient quadratic transformation method is proposed.Finally,in order to simplify the calculation of angle in practical application,a camera angle correction method based on two-point positioning method is proposed.This part provides a basis for the calculation of the point spread function.2)Motion blur recovery algorithm for QR code and ringing suppression.Firstly,the common motion blurred image restoration algorithms are simulated and tested.The wiener filtering algorithm is selected as the motion blurred image restoration algorithm for this paper,due to the actual performance.Then,two kinds of ringing suppression algorithms are compared.According to the suppression effect of the algorithm,the loop boundary algorithm is selected as the ringing suppression algorithm for this paper.This part provides the evidence for the selection of motion blurred image restoration algorithm and the ringing suppression algorithm.3)The secondary QR code recovery algorithm.Firstly,a correction algorithm based on affine transformation is proposed to correct the beveled deformation of QR code.Then,a QR code reconstruction algorithm is proposed and analyzed.Finally,the weighted average gray level method combined with the pyramid weight is used to improve the reconstruction algorithm.This part provides a scheme for improving the recognition rate of QR code after motion blur recovery.4)Motion blurred QR code restoration and recognition system for logistics sorting.First,the overall scheme and hardware platform of this system are introduced.Then,the design and implementation of this system software are analyzed and tested.Finally,the overall performance of this system is tested.The test results show that the system can recover and identify the motion blurred QR codes in a certain speed range.This part provides a reference for the application of motion blurred QR code restoration technology in logistics sorting.
