With the development of the Internet technology,sensor networks has been the focus for the scholars in every country,and its application is in almost every field of people’s life.The data transmission needs the support of a stable network,to some degree,it limits the completely popularization of the sensor networks.In order to reduce the cost and improve the flexibility of the application,some wireless chips began to be recognized by people.This thesis designs and manufactures a set of wireless data monitoring and control system with a cost-effective wireless chip.HW3000 is an industrial RF transceiver chip of Haier,it has long transmission distance,and strong penetrating power with cheap price and low power,practically.First,real-time data collected by sensor electronics is sent out after dealing with the SCM by wireless modules.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the system,a reliable and effective topology structure and communication protocol are put forward,in addition,the stability and reliability is ensured through the acknowledgement and retransmission mechanism and conflict prevention mechanism.In the monitoring side,a software designed for this system will display and analysis the received data,and it can give an alarm and remote control,if necessary,to improve its safety and convenience.Finally,this thesis selects test scenarios to combine the system with the practical application,and the modules of the system performance,operating interface,monitoring and reverse control function are tested one by one.This system has no special requirements for application places,and has good flexibility and low cost,it can be used in industry,agriculture,school,household and so on,and its application prospect is broad.
