Research On The Public Security Intelligent Video Application System

With the development of China’s social economy,especially the holding of some international large-scale activities and sports events,for the current situation at home and abroad,the importance of public safety is self-evident.In recent years,as the "safe city" work continues to advance,the public security video surveillance system has initially realized the transition from analog system to digital system,and has developed to a certain volume scale.In the face of more and more massive video data,the traditional manual monitoring and processing is clearly unable to meet all the needs.At this time,the help of intelligent video technology is urgently needed.So this paper focuses on the application of public security intelligent video,including its system architecture and concrete realization.Firstly,this paper expatiates the classification of the public security intelligent video application system,and makes a review on the face detection algorithms in the related intelligent video analysis.This paper analyzes the statistical methods of personnel flow analysis based on crowded places,followed by the implementation of mobile video feature algorithm.Finally,this paper puts forward a framework of the public security intelligent video application system,and collects the actual demand of public security business,discusses the analysis of personnel flow in crowded places,and the application of mobile video holographic display in practical work.
