| With the rapid development of information technology,information has gradually penetrated into all sectors of society and fields.Under the background of "Internet + agriculture",to better serve the agriculture,improve agricultural efficiency,and promote rural development,the remote video diagnosis system isemerged at the right moment.It allows farmers and experts separately have a face-to-face interactionin real-time.Experts canuse our systemthrough the computer or mobile client to have a clear view ofthe physical manifestation of the disease-like symptoms,to solve some problems more effectively which caused by poor communication in dialects and unclear linguistic description,and to provide effective data support for agricultural production,processing,marketing and related management and services which can effectively improve the comprehensive productivity and management of agriculture efficiency of the process.Therefore,the research and implementation of the remote video diagnosis system is of great social significance.Combined with the needs of actual work of 12316 agricultureservice hotline in the province of Gansu,this paper introducing the history of the video service system and the current research situation at home and abroad,with an in-depth study and analysis of the main technology,makes the best solution and realizes remote video diagnosis system through programming.The specific work of the paper is as follows:Firstly,paper studied the current mainstream video compression standards to improve the user experience and solve the problem of network transmission pressure caused by high-definition video,including the International Telecommunication Union’s H.261,H.263,H.264 and other standards.After analyzingthe complexity of coding and decoding and comparing the efficiency of their compression,the HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding)is chosed to compress the video.Then the mixed coding structure,division of coding units,rate distortion optimization algorithm,andintra-framepredictionare researched in HEVC.Finally we embed HEVC within the system.Secondly,with comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different network transport protocol,application layer multicast,SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)and RTP(Real Time Protocol)are combined to complete the task of multimedia data transmissionin this system and an adaptive code flow control technology is used to ensure QoS(Quality of Service)of the multimedia data transmission,as for the insufficientbandwidth,the characteristics of time-varying,and best effort delivery in IP network.Thirdly,after the sufficientinvestigation of the actual needs of the experts and farmers,the detailed design of the diagnostic room,conference room,training room,system registration,login,password modification,upload information,diagnostic record query,video diagnosis,remote video conferencing,remote training and something user-friendly,operation-simplyare made.Finally,the deployment and security of the system are analyzed in detail,the whole paper is summered,and the next work and research tasks are discussed. |
