With the development of Internet technology,people access to knowledge and information in a quiet way to change.In recent years,the traditional online knowledge community to introduce social networking site interpersonal network construction attributes,the formation of a new Q & A social networking site form,this social networking site set of social attributes and knowledge Q & A attributes in one,if the shell,know,Baidu know.Q &A social networking site has changed the way people read,and constantly promote the formation of knowledge resources and other resources to a positive cycle,and promote the development of human society.In this paper,from the perspective of communication and social psychology,pay attention to the study of the use of community behavior,mainly to examine the user's behavior by what factors.It is found that the age and educational level in demographics are the factors that affect the user's behavior.The usefulness of the content is the important factor that affects the user's use behavior,including the "interactive design of the page,Easy to operate," " easy to ask questions and answer questions are easy " and " know the method and recommendations in life easy to learn ",including the ease of use will be positively related to the use of behavior.This study also explores the development of the community.It is a new attempt in the field of Internet and society.It has re-validated the use and satisfaction theory,enriched the research examples in the Internet field,and provided the users with the Internet Better service provides a certain reference.
