With the rapid development of economy,people's health standard has been improved,and the corresponding is lagging behind the pace of China's medical reform.The hall of the hospital and departments often overcrowding,which directly reduces the level of satisfaction with the hospital.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of living conditions,the medical level is no longer the only factor patients choose the hospital,instead of whether the hospital services can make patients satisfied.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the process of patient satisfaction with medical care.While the direct ways to improve the satisfaction of patients is to alleviate the "three long a short" phenomenon,reduce patient stay in the hospital,while the lowest operating costs to provide better services for patients.For this problem,the outpatient service procedure of a comprehensive hospital in Tianjin is taken as the object of study.Based on ECRS principle of IE and queuing theory,Extend Sim simulation software is used as a research tool to optimize the whole service flow of Y hospital outpatient department.Firstly,the main data of the service process are sampled and the distribution characteristics of the collected data are analyzed by chi-square test.Secondly,through strict formula proof and running simulation software to verify the advantages of single queue-multi server queuing model,to replace the multi queue-multi server of original system.Afterwards,the process flow is simulated by ExtendSim software,and the accurate flow direction of the patient route is realized by setting the priority and the internal logic code of the function module.The simulation model is used to analyze the characteristic indexes of the system,and find the bottleneck link in the system,and its reasonable improvement.Reasonable improvement,and finally with Extend Sim simulation software to verify,and ultimately determine the optimal simulation process outpatient.Through the improvement,eliminating the patient waiting to receive inspection after the inspection results of this link;Combine the pay links of each check and get the medicine into one payment;and rearrangement of pharmacy service process.Single Queue-Multi-Service Queue model is adopted to make the utilization ratio of different service personnel in the same department more balanced.By verifying the running results of ExtendSim simulation model,the original service process decreased from 36 to 30,and the service intensity of different service windows in the same department is also obviously balanced,and the average waiting time of the patient is reduced from 6517 s to 3209 s.the hospital " patient first always " concept to be interpreted.By optimizing the overall outpatient service process,the average stay time of the patients in the hospital was significantly reduced,the satisfaction of the patients was improved,the hospital operating cost was reduced,and the work intensity of the medical staff was balanced.The concept of "patient centered" can be interpreted.
