The Research And Development Of Integrative Management System In Campus Based On Big Data

The medium and long-term national education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020),"pointed out that the target of " educational information will be brought into the overall strategy of national informatization development,advancing the deployment of education information network " points out the new direction for the development of university informatization.In recent years,the domestic universities has established a preliminary system of digital campus according to " development plan of education informatization decade(2011-2020)”which was issued by the ministry of education,the further development of information technology,will make the management of colleges and universities,especially private colleges towards information modernization that is also greatly changed the management of technical means and methods.By analyzing the domestic current situation of the construction of campus information integration and the existing problems,according to the direction of education informatization reform in our country,in solving the present quantity of the private colleges information sharing strong demand of database,and the application system individually,each has a set of data standards,unable to realize data sharing,etc.,to a certain extent solved the informatization in colleges and universities faces no uniform information portal,no unified identity authentication,such as "information island" problem,realize the unified data standard,single sign-on,uniform identity authentication and data sharing can meet the demand of university informatization.In this paper,the information management system is completed based on the.NET technology design,using of SQL SERVER database and combining process of management and practical problems in Nanchang Institute of Technology.as the research background and starting point,from the demands of admissions office,the bursar’s office,the dormitory administrator,including the university administrators,each secondary school class 5 groups such as object of requirements in terms of design and development,including the acceptance report to management,financial payment management,dormitory management,student status management four subsystems,such as more than 30 module,and implement to ordinary interactive use spreadsheet and database table,decrease the difficulty of the use of the operator to improve the convenience of operation,effectively improve work efficiency,and introduces the design concept of integrated campus integrated management platform,overall architecture,the overall goals and information system implementation plan.Based on the development of integration management system,using the standard data format,as the basis of campus big data sources,joint the campus existing teaching,student worker,one-card,library,entrance guard,online activities and other business(data acquisition)system and make flexible use of the date,we can do more forecasting analysis for teachers and students on campus the hardware equipment,to "live" data touse,can for the teachers and students on campus more data to predict assessment analysis;The system is mainly being the basic data support for the students’ comprehensive warning,and made a preliminary design and development work,we can access more rich data resource system,can promote the school teaching management and the scientific research development.The designing scheme of this project has a certain research significant for private colleges early deployment of application system integration,data standards,the integration of campus management,big data implementation of the construction of the campus.
