Abstract/Summary:
With the development of micro-nano technology,the optical sensor based on ring cavity has obtained considerable development.In recent years,micro ring sensors with the characteristics of high sensitivity and label-free feature are widely applied in the field of biological sensors.But the micro machining limits the reduction of the surface roughness,makes it difficult to continue improving the Quality factor of ring cavity and the resolution of sensor,and obstructs the further development of micro ring sensor.In this paper,based on investigating the research status of micro ring resonator in the world,the study researched micro ring resonator based on the Coupled Resonator Induced Transparency effect by means of combining theoretical derivation and simulation,to improve the Q value of ring cavity and the resolution of micro ring resonator.We design the dual-microring configuration to improve the characteristics of dual-rings sensor,optimize parameters of dual-microring structure sensors,and apply it to design the biosensor through the simulation and data processing.The paper introduced the basic theory and performance metrics of micro ring resonator based on WGM.The structure of single ring configuration is researched,and the transmission characteristics,formula and output spectrum of the Drop part and Through part are investigated based on the theory of WGM.On the basis of the theory of single ring configuration,the structure of series and parallel dual-microring configuration is studied and analyzed,including the basic sensor theory and formula of output spectrum of series and parallel dual-microring configuration.All parameters which effect the output spectrum were researched through Mathematics software,finding out the optimal structure parameters of series dual-microring resonance separation and parallel dual-microring CRIT effect,respectively.The biological sensors are designed based on the parallel and series dual-microring configuration according to the optimal parameters.The basic principle of series and parallel dual-microring sensors is analyzed,through simulating the actual application situation of sensors.Q value is analyzed emphatically,and the resolution and the method of removing the influence of temperature factor also have been investigated.The performance indexes of the two kinds of biosensors were analyzed and the advantages of those in the field of biosensors were compared in the study.Finally,this dissertation summarizes the simulation research and application in the field of biosensor based on micro-nano optical sensor.The results in this paper laid the foundation for the micro ring biosensor experiment based on the structure of dual-microring configuration.
