Design And Implementation Of Mobile Video Surveillance Terminal In Converged Communication System

Video surveillance is an important component of security system.It is widely used in public,traffic and residential security and many other fields,concerning that the audio and video information it provides is intuitive,convenient and abundant.However,in recent years,the traditional video monitoring can not satisfy the users' demand for mobility,real-time,intelligence.Mobile video monitoring has become an important research field because of the development of mobile communication network and the popularity of Android smart phone.This paper deeply studies the streaming media transmission technology,video coding-decoding technology and SIP protocol,based on which and required by the demand for Laboratory project at the same time,the paper designed and implemented the mobile video surveillance terminal in converged communication system.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of converged communication system.Then,it introduces the key technology of mobile video monitoring terminal in the software development process,including Android JIN and NDK technology,streaming media technology,H.264,G.729 AB and SIP.Secondly,I have studied the overall demand of mobile video surveillance system.The system terminal is designed especially in detail.Finally,the key point in the realization of the core function module includes audio and video reception,H.264,audio-video player,and voice intercom etc.There are several key innovations as follows : Optimization,cutting FFmpeg;Detailed processing of packet loss phenomenon;Video and audio data are transmitted by the independent server and channel,which enhances the fluency and the monitor screen voice call quality while does not affect each other;The mobile monitoring terminal can watch more than one channel from the mobile collection terminal and fixed camera video stream;Combined with the communication,the function is equipped with the voice intercom,background management,authentication,message push.After the system is completed,I have fully test the system,including the terminal software stability running,the quality of voice calls and network traffic consumption.The results show that the terminal software is running well with good performances,and also achieving the goal of the project requirements and scientific research.
