When the train is running,the contact friction between the pantograph and the contact line is obtained.By railway geographical environment and train the effect of electric contact length and arch time of friction,the geometric parameters of the contact line and high conductivity and wear is affected easily by.In order to ensure the safe operation of the train,it is necessary to detect the working state of the contact line,so as to find out the hidden danger in time,and to maintain the contact line immediately.In this paper,based on the existing geometric parameters detection system for OCS,a non-contact catenary geometry parameter detection system is designed.The binocular vision measurement method is adopted in the system.First of all,according to the principle of binocular vision measurement,the coordinates of the corresponding points on the two camera imaging planes in the measurement system are derived.Starting from the basic principle and the camera calibration,the zhangzhengyou calibration algorithm for camera calibration,camera nonlinear calibration model,thus solving the camera parameters.In the aspect of hardware construction,the system uses two CCD cameras to collect the contact line image in real time.The image data is transmitted to the host computer monitoring platform,the image is processed and the results are obtained.The image of the contact line acquired by the current image processing algorithm has been used to complete the image preprocessing,and then the image edge feature extraction.Using Sobel operator to detect the edge feature of the contact line image.Then through the calibration of the parameters obtained by the calculation of the image to obtain the contact wire height,pull out the value and the width of the wear surface.At last,this paper designs a monitoring software on the LabVIEW platform,completed the image acquisition,image preprocessing,edge extraction and geometric parameter calculation module,and design a friendly man-machine interface,and realizes data storage,query and other functions.The research result of this paper has certain innovation and practicability,which provides a certain value for the detection of the working condition of the contact network.
