| China is a country with a large population.Pork is the main meat product,the production and consumption of pork is the first in the world.According to Chinese National Bureau of statistics data show that pork production reached 54 million 870 thousand tons in 2015.At present,pork has become a necessity in our life,and it is very important to guarantee the quality and output.The way to expand the scale of pig breeding to improve the supply has been basically reached its own limit.The study found that the level of automation of pig slaughter rate and pig facilities have a very high correlation.The pig piglet bed temperature as the research object,through the real-time monitoring of the surface of the bed temperature of the piglets,piglets under proper temperature,so as to enhance the survival rate of piglets.Using low temperature hot water as the heat source,controlling the hot water temperature and the flow rate,the effective control of the bed temperature was realized.The following is the main content of this study:(1)Structure and function design of monitoring system.The structure and function design of the monitoring system are designed for the low temperature radiation heating system,and the simplified mathematical model of the system is also deduced.(2)Hardware design of monitoring and control system.In order to realize the monitoring and control function of the system,the hardware structure of the monitoring and control system is designed from the two parts of the field and the local.In the short distance data acquisition,the temperature sensor and ZigBee wireless module are used to analyze the ZigBee protocol architecture.In the remote monitoring network,using GPRS data transmission technology and analysis.(3)Software design of monitoring and control system.In the local monitoring center,it can develop a real-time display of temperature and parameters of young pig breeding ground,realize the data processing and storage functions of the platform,and remote control of controller.(4)Establishment of control mathematical model of monitoring system.Through the study of the previous control algorithm,the control algorithm with higher accuracy and better performance is selected.The fuzzy PID controller is designed for the system,which is applied to the radiation heating system of the low temperature hot water piglets.(5)Simulation experiment.The stability of the hardware and software of the system was verified by repeated experiments in the low temperature hot water heating system. |
