| Since the reform and opening up,with th e process speed of China’ s urbanization and industrialization,the dem and for fresh water resources in so ciety is increasing day by day,while the dam age to the wa ter environment is also becoming more serious.Direct discharge of municipal wast ewater is the main "pollution" of water environmental pollution.At present,the biological treatm ent technology is commonly used in China to control the sewage,and how to maintain the reasonable dissolved oxygen concentration in the aeration tank with the low est energy consumption cost is an im portant prerequisite to ensure the effluent quality and the energy saving in the sewage treatm ent plant.Meanwhile,the m odern wireless communication technology represented by ZigBee Technology has attracted m uch attention.It is combined with the data ac quisition technology,and has been applied in many fields.Hence,based on the curr ent situation,dom estic sewage treatm ent plant should urgently improve the technology level of automatic monitoring,which positively highlights the practical significance and great importance for stabilizing the system running,effluent compliance and cost reduction of sewage treatment.This paper is aim ed at the problem about technological transform ation of the aeration system in a sewage treatm ent plant.Based on the technology of KingV iew and ZigBee,an overall design scheme about wireless monitoring and control system in sewage treatment aeration process is given.According to the schem e,this paper respectively completes the hardware selec tion,circuit design and software program design of th ose two parts-the wireless acquisition terminal of disso lved oxygen concentration based on ZigBee technology in lower computer system and the aeration control unit of sewage treatm ent based on SIEMENS PLC,na mely,using on-line dissolved oxygen tester to detect the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the aeration tank,through the ZigBee wire less data acquisiti on terminal the concentration of dissolved oxygen will be tran sferred to the host computer system;the host computer system in the m onitoring center m akes an an alytical and processing for the received data,then sends execution signal out;the aeration control unit in lower computer system applies the SIEMENS PLC S7-200 and the frequency converter G120,designs digital PID algorithm in or der to realize the variable frequency speed control of blower and ultim ately maintain dissolved oxygen concentration in the aeration tank at 2.5mg/L.Thus,the effluent quality can steadily fulfill the national standard.Besides,this pap er uses the KingView configuration software platform to m ake a hum an-computer interactive software design in the aeration process of wireless monitoring in the host computer system,so as to realize the communication connection of ZigBee data acquisition monitoring terminal and SIEMENS PLC inverter control unit between the host computer system and the lo wer computer system as well as develop a confi guration monitoring graphical interface which can m eet the technological requirements of aeration system for sewage treatment with good m onitoring data report storage of aeration process and curve display function.In this paper,the aeration process of wastewater treatment is studied,which not only realizes the wireless data acquisition and the automatic monitoring of operating conditions,but also realizes the smooth speed control of the system blower in the sewage treatment aeration process,a nd has a good human-com puter interaction function.Through integrated debugging and operation condition analysis,the results show that the system can not only run stab ly and guarantee the effluent compliance,but also save energy effectively and improve the efficiency of sewage treatment. |
