In this thesis,based on the actual requirement of a steel factory,using XDR0822 flat panel detector produced by PerkinElmer company,combining hardware testing equipment on site and pipe production process,we design and implement the imaging system based on DR.The whole system is applied in the actual production;the final imaging results can meet the production requirement of the factory.The system uses the Microsoft documentation/view architecture technology.Therefore,firstly this thesis introduces some key programming techniques.And then,the composition of the system is presented,including the working principle of DR detector,hardware structure,working process and software structure of system.Finally,the programming techniques for the system design and realization is discussed in detail.System design and implementation is the core of this thesis,this thesis presents the detail design of the system,the enhancement methods of conversing from 16 bit image to 8-bit image,image compensation technology and weld boundary detection method.For the system implementation,according to the interface and function of the software design,combined with MFC programming technology and DR flat panel detector acquisition principle,we implement the code written for the image data acquisition,real-time display,data recording and playback,weld edge detecting,image conversion and enhancement.The developed system is currently in the process of trial.
