| With the development of science and technology,mankind has created a large number of modern machines,many human labor has been replaced by modern machines,computer application and popularization of modern equipment,so that in twenty-first Century has entered a human-computer interaction in the era of mental work.The development of communication technology and the progress of modern science and technology have brought convenience to people’s life and work.Instant messaging systems,e-mail,news,stocks,weather and other types of information at any time may interrupt the normal flow of work;team cooperation and division of labor also requires people to exchange information in real time.People need to pay attention to a number of tasks in the same time period,which results in the interruption and frequent occurrence of the task.Frequent interrupt event,has brought great distress to the mental worker.Therefore,it is very important to explore the influence of the interrupt task on the main task.In the real life and work,people often face a specific process,these processes or steps in the execution if an error or omission,often leads to accidents or economic losses in relatively large.Therefore,we use the knowledge of ergonomics to study the disruption of these sequential main tasks in order to improve the efficiency and safety of people in life and work.In this study,we conducted a total of four experiments to explore the effects of cognitive load on the order of the director in the human computer interaction.A total of 100 subjects participated in the experiment and obtained valid data of 94 copies.This experiment is divided into 2parts,the first part is to study the impact of different sequence length of the main task in the face of disruption of the environment.The first part is divided into two experiments,we use the computer platform based on the six step sequential task and the task of the order of the nine steps as the main task.In order to ensure that the workload of the main task is the same,we used the same main task in the two experiments,that is,to identify and judge the character style.In the two experiment,the interrupt task also uses a six character entry.The second part is divided into the following two experiments.The main research is to study the effects of different task load on the main task.In experiment three,the task of interruption is performed by simple numerical operation.The interruption of Experiment four adopts complex numerical operation.All the experimental data by SPSS software,we found that in the process of human-computer interaction,caused by different positions interrupted when the error rate and response delay time were significantly different,and this phenomenon was explained in theory.The results of the study provide theoretical explanation and empirical support for the understanding of the interruption,the improvement of interrupt management ability and the design of interrupt interface. |
