This topic takes Gansu silver silver chemical company in the production of toluene diisocyanate containing carbon monoxide gas as the research object, according to the process characteristics and control system standards, combined with the original control system proposed the DCS system and ESD system design, detailed design from two aspects of hardware and software. This thesis introduces the composition and working principle of carbon monoxide(CO)recovery and utilization system, summarizes the generation, development and characteristics of DCS system and ESD system. And according to the needs of the system according to the evaluation matrix method to determine the development of the system software and hardware selection, the use of CENTUM CS3000 DCS system,HIMA ELOP II set up a system. The control process of the production process is analyzed, and the software of the control system is designed by using the programming software. In the aspect of control communication network, the communication function is realized by RS485 bus and ethernet. After the completion of the design, the control system of CO recovery in TDI has been debugged and tested. In the process of operation, the operating parameters and logic control are in line with the requirements of process control. The design of the CO recovery device DCS system and ESD system is an integrated, open system. The control system is reasonable, practical and economical in configuration selection, and can be compatible with the control system of the original device.Through this system can greatly improve the automation level of carbon monoxide recycling,so as to improve the recovery rate of carbon monoxide, greatly reduce the original production line emissions caused by environmental hazards and economic waste.
