| HPV vaccine is approved international cancer research organization,WHO and the medical profession of cervical cancer primary prevention vaccine.The vaccine was listed in hongkong in 2006.Currently,the HPV vaccine is the only vaccine that can prevent cancer in the world.2017,HPV vaccine will be listed in the mainland.In this paper,from the perspective of health communication,select the "Apple Daily" and "Wen Wei Po" as research samples,research in hongkong in 2006 to 2016 between the two media in HPV vaccine reports from the news agenda setting,the three dimensions of the appeal system and text content to explore the hongkong media network reported HPV vaccine dissemination strategy.The study found that the hongkong media reported on the number of HPV vaccine showed an increasing trend;report to news,agenda setting influenced by the "adverse reaction" incident,reported in a neutral,public and commercial conflicts is not obvious.However,there are some problems such as the lack of authoritative sources of information and inaccurate information.Hongkong media reports on the HPV vaccine report focus on the direction of public opinion,the construction of a reasonable allocation of topics on the mainland will be carried out in the HPV vaccine health communication with reference.At the same time,the media should pay more attention to the information accuracy and comprehensiveness in communication;use fear appeal,exert the advantage of media,enrich the forms of information dissemination;clear the target population,and the government should also be an antidote against the disease;propaganda and activities of public organizations linkage,leveraging force,enhance the communication effect in the interaction,pay attention to balance and accuracy health information. |
