Big data is starting a new reform for every industry in various degrees, human resource definitely cannot keep out of this affair.Talent people, quite different from other things,is the essential productive factor in coping with the corporate’s dynamical changing and the uncertainty is the distinct characteristic of it.According to the dynamic management of modern human resource,as long as there are large amount of data as the background support, performance appraisal, recruitment, training and other activities could combine with organic integer. As we just get the top layer information of the data only access the traditional data analysis method,so the intrinsic attribute and the information hidden deeply of the data cannot be revealed.Based on above, big data research innovative applied in human resource management is an inevitable trend. This paper focuses on the application of data mining technology in human resource management, detecting its internal value information through the data which accumulated during the daily job of human resources management, this will help guiding the daily routine and providing decision support, and then enhancing enterprise market competence.Improved ant colony algorithm based on genetic algorithm is introduced and integrating the genetic operator for mathematical modelling. We select the performance appraisal module of e-HR management system which is constructed according the T group’s characteristic. We mainly target the employee’s virtues, abilities, diligence and accomplishment and mining information according the evaluation index which is established by these four aspects. At last, using the computer software to visually display the conclusion by chart, and then puts forward some constructive proposals for building the e-HR management system.
