| Explosion proof equipment is widely used in explosive dangerous places,its safe and reliable operation has direct and significant impact on the safety of production.This paper puts forward a kind of fault diagnosis expert system based on Fuzzy Theory for the Android platform which is complicated and complex.The system realized the equipment information collection,state detection,fault diagnosis and maintenance records.This paper analyzed the explosion-proof equipment failure and determined the system functional requirements.The advantages and limitations of the Android platform were analyzed.The problem of the cross-sectional area of the ground wire is studied.By using the Trace View performance analyzer,several kinds of membership functions are compared.The performance of the system is the highest.The fuzzy reasoning system and knowledge base are designed.The fuzzy reasoning on the input of equipment falut complete by the triangular function.The fuzzy input quantity is determined by the maximum membership degree method.The fuzzy reasoning is designed by forward reasoning and rule base,and got the conclusion of the rule.We do de-fuzzy to the results which are fuzzy,and get the accurate results.We designed the system knowledge base.It include comprehensive database and fuzzy rule base.According to the basic information,the issue of information,national standard information of explosion-proof equipment design database table structure.The fuzzy rule base is established according to the classification of explosion proof equipment.Considering the memory capacity of mobile devices and the data quantity of the system,the data synchronization module was designed,the key technologies of mobile terminal and server were realized.The fault diagnosis expert system based on fuzzy theory for Android platform is designed and realized,realized the function of each module.It diagnosis the fault of nameplates,introducing device,seal gasket etc.The diagnosis verified the effectiveness of the system. |
