With the development of visualization technology and graphics technology,the 3D model of rock structure based on the two-dimensional image is playing a more and more important role in the research of geology and coal mining.How to obtain the permeation characteristics of coal and rock fractures and other related information effectively through the plane image data has become one of the hot spots of geological research.Visualization in scientific computing is based on the principles and methods of computer graphics or general graphics,converting large scale data from science and engineering computing to graphics and images,and then show them in a more intuitive way.In order to enhance the characteristics of crack boundary,image processing technology is need to process CT image data,in this paper,we mainly use the MATLAB programming to realize the image enhancement and image segmentation of CT images of coal rock,so as to obtain the following CT images of the crack.This thesis introduces classic software in the field of scientific visualization,the Visualization Toolkit(VTK),discusses two kinds of rendering methods commonly used in 3D reconstruction: the principle of surface rendering and volume rendering.Finally,it compares the advantages,disadvantages and practical environment of this two kinds of rendering methods.In the Visual C++6.0 environment with VTK,this paper uses the method of surface rendering in Marching Cubes algorithm and Ray Casting algorithm for volume rendering method of 3D reconstruction of the fracture structure of coal rock mass in CT images,realize the reconstruction of three-dimensional seepage in fractured system.This paper introduces several key technologies of 3D interactive technology,first discusses the two main technical features of 3D observation,and selects suitable projection technology for this study,laid the theoretical foundation for the following 3D picking technology.This paper also introduces the principle of acupuncture point algorithm,how to realize the acupuncture point algorithm in VTK,and method of VTK interactive three-dimensional model of operation,uses the pickup matrix parallel perspective to achieve the selection of points on the fracture characteristics of three-dimensional seepage system,explores the design of 3D interactive,lays the foundation for the realization of three-dimensional structure extraction.Finally,in this paper,we study the 3D measurement of the fracture by using the coordinate of the feature points obtained by 3D picking function,so as to complete the statistics of three-dimensional fracture parameters,it is concluded that crack of related features.
