Study On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System For Archives Emergency Management Capability

Archives are of great significance to the development of human society and the inheritance of history and culture.The permanent preservation of these valuable archives has been paid more and more attention.Archives safety working have been attach more and more importance.In today's society,a variety of natural disasters,man-made accidents and other emergencies emerge in an endless stream,what is a serious threat to the safety of archives.The status of emergency management of archives in the archives of the work safety management is highlights,but the archives of the emergency management work is the weak part of archives safety work.Archives,as an important base for preserving precious archives,its management has a direct impact on the security of archives.Recently,there is less research to assess the current emergency management of archives in our country,mostly for the qualitative evaluation,so need greatly to establish a comprehensive and systemic,scientific and effective,more practical quantitative evaluation system.To evaluate the capability of emergency management of archives scientifically and improve it effectively,in order to guarantee the security of archives preferably.In this paper,the capability maturity model of software development is introduced into the field of emergency management of archives,to create an archives emergency management ability maturity model,and establish a scientific and effective archives emergency management capacity comprehensive evaluation system basing on the model.Using this evaluation system to evaluate the archives emergency Management capacity maturity level quantitatively,and clear the level of archives' emergency management capacity level,and provide effective way to improve the archives' emergency management capacity of our country.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and so on.The second part expounds the necessity of the evaluation of the emergency management capability of the archives and the feasibility of applying the capability maturity model to the evaluation of the emergency management capability of the archives respectively.The third part is the model foundation of the evaluation index system of emergency management capability of archives.This part introduces the content of the software capacity maturity model and the construction idea and construction method of the framework of the emergency management ability of archives.The fourth part is the construction and application of the emergency management capability evaluation index system of the archives,introduces the construction basis,the connotation and the evaluation method of this evaluation index system.The fifth part is the application example of the emergency management capability evaluation index system of archives.Using the system to evaluate the emergency management ability of an archives,and analyze the evaluation results,propose several suggestions for improving the emergency management capability of an archives.
