Since the 21 st century,in the field of digital information construction in various industries and high speed development,it makes use of personnel and management personnel feel convenient and efficient information management.Therefore,in colleges and universities this massive collective information construction in the campus is also the inevitable requirement of social development,in order to adapt to our country’s colleges and universities provide the advantageous safeguard for the development.In the future construction of colleges and universities as digital campus,at the same time it also will greatly improve the teaching,scientific research,life and so on various functions of management level,improve the decision-making ability.Informatization construction and development in colleges and universities,to a certain extent,will not only reduce the waste of paper resources,human resources,promote the transmission of information resources,and also to realize information resources sharing,improve the work efficiency.With the rapid development of information and network in China and quickly spread to colleges and universities,the information construction of colleges and universities also ushered in the severe challenges,especially in recent years,the identification of campus students and teachers in colleges and universities,consumption,attendance,grades,management consciousness and the method of access control,etc.are also gradually changed and adjusted.This paper aimed design and implementation of campus one integrated service system,according to the need of this system,developers have completed the preparation,requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing,etc.In the process,based on C/S architecture concept and advantages of combing,the developer has been cleared about the application in the development process of the core technology;analyzesd on the advantages of the database technology,structure and model of content,prepared for the system development.First,this paper stated the system function and performance,Second,from a functional perspective,this paper stated the cardholder center,business center,query,report forms center four aspects on the system main function,and combined with the main function to carry out the requirements modeling,data modeling,business requirements analysis of complete system.In the process of development,combined with practical work,I mainly involved in the the overall planning of the system,and the system function module and the module design and implementation,completed the system integration,at the same time,together with the users in the use of the system and experience.Finally,in the process of testing,developers determined the running environment of the system,tested the system’s main modules from the functional and performance,completed the system test,and the test results showed that the feasibility and effectiveness of the campus one integrated service system meet the design requirements.Have officially launched the system running,it implements the management of the person who holds card users and merchants,also can satisfy the requirements of the inquiry,statistics and reports show,it will greatly promote the campus informatization management level and effective supervision by the system and reflect the financial in order to achieve the role of supervision.At the same time,the campus one integrated service system not only can effectively manage the card users,but also can provide a lot of card users and merchants original consumption data,making analysis to the data according to the requirements of colleges management,realize the concept of "data to support decision".These data has an important guiding role of management work,it will works in the future were discussed and the research and practice.
