With a single means of sales business and without effective supervision,coal was lost and the cost of marketing work was high in Yima coal industry.Yima Coal did not have a systematic management for the daily information before.Now it hopes to manage the daily information by the development of the coal enterprise sales business management system,and uses the system for integrated management of the customer data and data mining,which can not only enhance customer satisfaction,but also bring more economic benefits for Yima Coal.The technology architecture of the coal enterprise sales business management system used the design model of MVC combining with SSH framework integrated with J2EE.The integrated SSH framework was divided by responsible into four layers,presentation layer,business logic layer,data persistence layer and domain module layer.The integrated SSH framework mainly used Struts as the overall infrastructure of the system and was responsible for the separation of MVC,and MVC design pattern was mainly including model,view and controller,and displayed the functions by combining with front-end page display technology,HTML,JSP,CSS and AJAX.The coal enterprise sales business management system mainly achieved seven business functions,including business of receipt,sales order,indoor order,pound order,sales invoice,examination report sheet and credit management.Receipt business mainly achieved receipt making,receipt audit,receipt account and receipt management.Sales order business mainly achieved sales order making,sales order audit and sales order management.Indoor order business mainly achieved indoor order making and indoor order management.Pound order business mainly achieved pound order making and pound order management.Sales invoice business achieved sales invoice making,sales invoice audit,sales invoice account and sales invoice management.Examination report sheet business achieved examination report sheet making,examination report sheet audit and examination report sheet statistics.Credit management business mainly achieved credit data maintenance,credit query and credit management.After the operation of the coal enterprise sales business management system,employees in Yima Coal can quickly grasp the system functions and skillfully use it.The data in the system can be managed and can be analyzed at the same time,which can not only enhance the work efficiency of employees in Yima Coal,but also make enhance customer satisfaction.
