With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the economic level,the incidence of corruption and corruption is also on the rise.After the eighteen Party of the party,the government has a clear attitude and the heavy fists against corruption,and emphasizes that corruption should be made up and down,and more efforts should be made to prevent it.At present,the procuratorial organs of the construction of law enforcement standardization and informatization construction is in a critical period of the"Criminal Procedure Law","civil law","people’s Procuratorate criminal procedure rules(Trial)","people’s Procuratorate supervision of civil lawsuit rules(Trial)"changes,reform the construction of law enforcement standardization and case management mechanism the proposed new and higher requirements for procuratorial work,also provide a rare opportunity for the prosecution of cases management system development and deployment.Based on the actual difficulties and needs encountered in the work process of the Shandong Provincial People’s Procuratorate,and combining the related knowledge of software engineering,the author puts forward a case management system based on B/S framework,namely,the comprehensive management system of procuratorial organs.After the completion of the system,the efficiency of the case management of the procuratorial organs in Shandong will be effectively promoted and the information construction of the procuratorial organs will be promoted.The main contents of the paper include:System analysis:combined with the work process of the people’s Procuratorate of Shandong Province,the main problems affecting the efficiency are analyzed,and the basic needs of the system are extracted.It includes the feasibility analysis,the application scene analysis,and the demand analysis.The system requirement analysis is the core content.System design:according to the conclusions obtained by the system analysis,the system is designed in detail with the relevant knowledge of the software engineering.It mainly includes three parts:the overall structure design,the functional framework design and the database design.System implementation:the system uses the mature MVC design pattern,the J2EE platform and the SSH framework to realize the basic architecture of the system.We completed the implementation of nine functional modules,including case management,case management,case filing,criminal suspects management,risk early warning,case investigation diary,statistical report forms,case basic information and system setup.After the implementation of the main functions of the system,the author set up a test plan and carried out a detailed test.After testing,the system can run normally,the design of various functions is reasonable and smooth,the design of the process is in line with the expectation,and the expected requirement is completed satisfactorily.
