| In recent years,more and more information management systems have sprung up on campus,covering various teaching and management business on campus gradually.The management level and management efficiency of campus have made great progress with the help of various systems.In the student management,there are many information management systems,but the student information management platform has not covered the full coverage,many information systems,has not formed a comprehensive management platform.A large number of information island and redundancy have been formed,and the information has been repeatedly collected and stored,which increases the burden of the collector and the collected object,and is inefficient and inconvenient to use.To avoid these problems,the dormitory management information platform for the development,will use the existing information resources to the maximum,based on these information resources,and increase the system function of student accommodation management,so as to improve the efficiency of information system.This thesis taking the student dormitory management system as the object of design and development,systematic analysis of the students’ dormitory management needs,find the main management object in dormitory management and process,and on the basis of the design and development of the students’ dormitory managementsystem.First of all,the first part of the background and demand management ofstudent dormitory have been described and analyzed,secondly,the second part describes the current concise and to the point of student information management system,a basic set of solutions to the problem of the main.Finally,the third,fourth,fifth part expounds the design and development of student dormitory management system in detail.In the design stage,firstly,the entity and relationship in the student accommodation management system are combed,and the Microsoft office visio is used as the analysis and design tool to design the database.After confirming the E-R diagram and physical structure diagram of the database,the real database is established by using the database software of Microsoft Corp(SQL Server 2014).Then,according to the business process requirements of dormitory management system,the functions of various management requirements are designed,and the functions of each management module are briefly explained.The final implementation of the system uses Java,and combined with the advantages of Java language,system development and debugging,and modify and improve the BUG found in the process of testing,and finally discusses the system implementation process. |
