Nowadays,with the rapid development of wireless communication network,the network energy consumption problem is becoming more and more severe.The diminishing non-renewable resources and the low utilization rate of traditional energy supply largely restrict the further development of wireless communication network.Simultaneous Wireless Information and Power Transfer(S WIPT)is the mixture of wireless communication technology and power transmission technology.S WIPT can harvest energy from the signal to prolong the lifetime of mobile devices,and realize high-speed communication over the wireless channel at the same time.The appearance of SWIPT can effectively ease the energy crisis and makes it possible to transfer information and power at the same time.It gradually become a hot topic in the future research direction of wireless communication.Based on the existing research,this paper future studies and improves SWIPT system based on ultra narrow band(UNB)modulation,and proposes a complete system architecture from the angle of microwave power transfer.The receiver can complete information demodulation and energy collection using MPPSK signal.Firstly,this paper outlines the architecture of SWIPT system based on MPPSK modulation.The work principle and design idea of core modules are described in detail.Secondly,the principle on the MPPSK modulation and demodulation are studied.According to the sine-like energy-carrying ability of the MPPSK signal,the principle of resonant coherent demodulation is analyzed in detail.The system architecture and energy conversion efficiency of the microwave power transfer(MPT)system are summarized.Focusing on the key part of MPT system,section 3.3 studies the basic principle and circuit architecture of rectifier antenna,which provide theoretical guide for the design and performance analysis of SWIPT system.Thirdly,according to the modulation and microwave circuit principle,the design and simulation of each module of SWIPT system receiver are introduced in chapter 3.Firstly,a rectangular micro-strip antenna with four array elements is designed and the transmission performance is analyzed.Secondly,the power divider with resonant coherent demodulation circuit is designed.The simulation result of the power allocation and demodulation effect shows that this power divider can not only distribute the input power,but also successfully demodulate the MPPSK signal without effect on the energy side.With this power divider,the architecture of the system receiver can be greatly simplified.Finally,according to the low power density applications,a micro-strip rectifier circuit with a parallel coupled micro-strip band-pass filter and voltage double rectifier architecture is presented and simulated.The simulation result shows that the rectification efficiency of the circuit is above 60%with 3mW-40mW input power.Lastly,by comparing simulation results with different modulation parameters,the information transmission rate and rectification efficiency of the SWIPT system based on MPPSK are explored.The research proves the superiority of MPPSK modulation.Based on module design,the complete SWIPT system architecture based on MPPSK modulation is carried out.The simulation and analysis of the demodulation performance and energy conversion efficiency proves that the SWIPT system architecture in this paper is both correct and feasible.
