Based on the development of information products,a new concept has been proposed,with electronic information to imitate the real world,this is the virtual reality.Virtual reality is not only the requirement of transmission distance,but also the requirement of transmitting information comprehensively,especially the electronic monitoring system which can replace people’s eyes.It needs to describe the surrounding environment in an all-round way.Panoramic technology and VR technology are closely related,because 70 percent of human information is derived from the visual,so to achieve the VR technology,31 standard,the design of the visual module is particularly important,and the panoramic camera device generation and development to VR technology has opened up a new world,no longer confined to the virtual aspects of entertainment.As a kind of extreme wide-angle lens,the fisheye lens is often used for the panorama photography,but the single lens can not achieve 4π space angle,and the image barrel distortion causes the edge of the camera pixel is too sparse to meet the high Definition imaging requirements.In this paper,a device based on multi-fish-eye camera is designed to improve the situation that the image quality and field angle can not be taken into account when the wide-angle camera such as panoramic fish-eye camera is being taken.An algorithm based on spherical mosaic is proposed,which can achieve higher quality of mosaic image under low time complexity.The mechanical model of the tetrahedron is made,which can fit the theory of the algorithm well,and guarantee the image quality of the panoramic image while satisfying the all-weather imaging requirement of virtual reality.At the same time,under the prerequisite of satisfying the image quality,an interactive interface is designed under the platform of MFC,so that the user can experience the interactive experience brought by VR technology.
