In the traditional banking business model,customers generally need to go to the bank business outlets for business,which affects the bank to carry out business efficiency.With the development of information technology and banking business innovation requirements,banks are eager to change businessmen to take business,take the initiative to the customer site recommendations and business.In recent years,mobile Internet in the traditional industry with the cross-border integration in the release of greater value,and in the financial industry was particularly prominent.How to use mobile Internet reshaping competitiveness has become an important issue in the financial industry.Bank of Communications,Guangdong Development Bank,Everbright Bank and many other commercial banks have launched a mobile terminal products,and the establishment of a "integrated financial mobile platform." As a city business bank opened only a few years,Gansu bank customer base is relatively weak,many areas do not have physical network coverage,which are restricting the Bank of Gansu debit card issuance of the important factors.How to the fastest speed,the smallest investment to increase the debit card issuance volume,Gansu Bank is facing the problem.In this paper,combined with the development of Gansu banking business status to outdoor marketing customers for debit card as the core,supplemented by a comprehensive contract function,put forward a set of Gansu Bank based on outdoor marketing business card management process.Business management process on the basis of this design and development of commercial banks mobile marketing platform,the platform includes the client and information management platform two modules.The client includes debit card card,opening online banking,opening mobile banking,opening telephone banking,business card application,debit card encryption,advertising banner,financial information,activity trajectory,interest rate inquiry,exchange rate inquiries and other eleven Module.Information management platform,including user management,organization management,report statistics,debit card card audit,debit card encryption and verification of five sub-modules.Because of the large workload,this paper focuses on the design of the client’s six sub-modules and information management platform of the two sub-modules.Mobile marketing platform client native APP + html5 architecture,using jucier and frozen UI framework model to ensure that the interface development and page style of unity.Mobile marketing server using spring + ibatis architecture,which spring based on java Bean control reverse the principle of configuration management,making the mobile marketing platform application system component development more quickly;ibatis package the bottom of the jdbc details,and SQL statements and java procedures Separation,improved database operation of the portability and flexibility.Client-to-server transaction data through sm2 and sm4 asymmetric and symmetric encryption algorithm combination of encryption,to ensure that the mobile marketing platform involves the customer’s sensitive data in the transmission process of security.In this paper,the function of each module is analyzed in the form of Gansu Bank’s mobile marketing platform and the form of the chart,and the performance of the system is demanded for the actual use of the scene.At the same time,the interaction between the modules is demonstrated by the sequence diagram,And to class diagram,flow chart from the implementation point of view to show the specific implementation details.After the development of the system,based on the unit test and integration test,in the user acceptance test phase,through a large number of test cases,the development of mobile marketing platform for functional testing and performance testing.Up to now the platform has been officially put into operation on the line,the platform put into operation to a large extent to increase the branches of Gansu Bank’s outdoor marketing capabilities,a strong impetus to the development of banking business.
