Research On The Application Of Face Recognition Technology In Safe City

With the continuous improvement and strengthening of safe city infrastructure,the data collected by the front camera show an explosive growth.For the public security industry,the amount of data to enrich the case,how to obtain key information from massive data has become the key to solve the problem of case handling services,and the introduction of face recognition technology is an effective method,which can be directly to the human face library search for face image,and returns the recognition result.It replaces the traditional manual search,which can effectively improve the efficiency of case handling.This paper expounds the construction of the safety management system of the city,first clear the functional requirements of safe city management system,which is composed of case management,management,management,the suspects face matching case management and safety protection module is composed of five parts,and set the performance index.Secondly,the system is designed according to the requirement of the project,including functional modules,functional design and database design,in addition,also designed a face recognition algorithm based on PCA technology,which is used for face recognition,the algorithm consists of image preprocessing,facial feature point reading and weight distribution multi part,recognition algorithm with high accuracy.Then according to the design,completed the construction of safe city management system,city safety management system based on J2 EE platform,to store the relevant information to the SQL Server2012 database,and realizes the algorithm of face recognition.After the completion of the construction,a comprehensive test of the city management system,including functional testing and performance testing in two parts,the test results are the basis for the deployment of safe city management system.At present,the safe city management system has been completed,and deployed,after a period of operation,which meets the application requirements,can effectively improve the case handling level of the public security bureau.
