Shenzhen Bus Group Co.,Ltd.not only has a long history,but also is the largest bus franchise enterprises at Shenzhen.Moreover,it’s one ofthe best performances and the highest level of management domestic bus enterprises.As the leader in domestic bus enterprises,the bus group currently has 222 bus lines and 4,951 operating vehicles.Since the public transport group carried out the unmanned ticket sale earlier in the country,thefeasible bus lines have already put the project of unmanned tickets into effect.At the same time,with the implementation of the Golden Card Project-the popularity of ShenzhenTong,one of the cards reformed by Shenzhen Government and used in the bus and metro at Shenzhen instead of cash,public transportation system has also begun to increase the settlement function of Shenzhen Tong in the public transportation settlement center.Due to the existence of variousway of settlement,it resulted in a complicated situation inthe financial settlement of Bus Group Co.,Ltd.Nowadays,with the development of the Group’s vehicles,the existing three methods of settlement has increased the workload for group’s financial settlement center.Therefore,it’s the main task for Group’s financial system that how to utilize computer software technology to manage more than 4000 settlement points in daily real-time statistics,and simultaneously ensure the security and accuracy of funds.This thesis has deeply analyzed the current situation of the bus group’s financial settlement so as to reach to the systematic management ofthe 9 modules,including the cash collection,the sales revenue,the ticket sales,the query browsing,the statistical output,the systemative management,the user management,the systemative information,the data transfered to historical storehouse and historical data query in the settlement center.What’s more,the background statisticians of settlement can also effectively reduce the workload,making it automatically checked in the formation of settlement data.Thus,the background statisticians are able to obtain the accurate and reasonabledata at a glance.Once the statistical data occur something wrong,the smart management will timely feedback it to the background statisticians for processing.On the other hand,the realization of process automation system and settlement system can greatly reduce the waste of paper materials and the cost.At meanwhile,it is conducive to promoting the "low-carbon environment" program.Furthermore,it can lay a solid foundation for the next step of automatic counting and realize the smart counting and statistics management.Trough the implementation of the Shenzhen Bus Group settlement system,it can further standardize the behavior of the Group’s accountant and enhance the management level as well as service level,to promote the further development of Shenzhen Bus Group Co.,Ltd.
