Research On Industrial Competitive Intelligence Based On Ecosystem

In the "Internet ＋" background,the industry environment is essential to the development of enterprises.However,the enterprise competitive intelligence and traditional industrial competitive intelligence research model have been unable to adapt to the industry’s systematic,interactive and rapid iteration.Therefore,this article tries to explore a new industry competitive intelligence research model and analysis framework from the perspective of the ecosystem.Based on the literature survey,this paper defines the industry and the industrial competitive intelligence,the industrial ecosystem and ecosystem-based industrial competitive intelligence.And makes a detailed analysis of the research status of industrial competitive intelligence at home and abroad.On this basis,the paper sums up the research models of industry competitive intelligence and their limitations,and proposes the system model.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of ecosystem theory in industrial competitive intelligence analysis.,and points out the advantages of ecosystem-based industrial competitive intelligence.Next,based on the theory of ecosystem,this paper constructs the industrial ecosystem model and the industrial competitive intelligence model based on the industrial ecosystem.According to the industrial competitive intelligence model,this paper constructs the analytical framework of industrial competitive intelligence,which mainly includes four analytical dimensions:component structure,time structure,spatial structure and nutrient structure.These dimensions can be subdivided into eight sub-dimensions.Through the analysis of these dimensions,it can meet the problems of identification of the industrial competitive environment,identification of the competitive subject,competitive intelligence analysis of life cycle,competitive intelligence analysis of short-term evolution,competitive intelligence analysis of regional layout,competitive intelligence analysis of market structure,competitive intelligence analysis of symbiotic relationship and competitive relationship in the industrial chain.Finally,this paper takes the environmental protection industry as an example,and makes an empirical analysis using the framework of the industrial competitive intelligence analysis based on the ecosystem.And on the basis of the analysis,it puts forward the strategies of industrial competition development based on ecosystem,which provides reference for the competitive intelligence analysis and competition development of other industries.
