Design And Realization Of The Auto Dial Testing System Of The Mobile Data Service

With the increasingly rapid development of mobile data service,daily service dial testing is adopted to monitor and ensure the service quality.Traditionally,manual dial testing was adopted to test the service and summarize the test result and troubleshoot the problems.However,this method is time-consuming and not very reliable in accuracy.The establishment and adoption of auto dial testing system is conducive to more and complicated tests.The test results are then mined and analyzed automatically and the manual testing has been replaced.Having established the actual dial and testing task and specific functions,this paper analyzes in great detail the various requirements of the auto dial testing system of the mobile data service and designs and actualizes the system.The system is composed of two parts,i.e.,the auto dial testing management system and terminal test application.The system accomplishes various functions such as auto dial testing,index result collection,index result storage,index result analysis and mining,search by conditions,etc.for the mobile data service.Meanwhile,this paper proposes to adopt the c4.5 algorithm to conduct an in-depth analysis on the index results of the mobile service dial testing.Decision tree is thus formed.Classification rules are generated from the decision tree and applied in the mobile service dial testing.Decision tree algorithm is employed to analyze the connections between different properties and service indices.Specific factors affecting service index are then identified.This system realizes the analysis management of service index results which are mined and analyzed in detail.The analysis results are presented in the combined form of data and image.The advantages and disadvantages of the service index are manifested vividly which provides a basis for the optimization of data services.At the same time,the managerial personnel are able to have a real-time monitoring on the quality of mobile data service and timely identify the problems embodied in the index with an unfavorable result and thus optimize and adjust those aspects.The data service quality is therefore promoted and a good user’s awareness is guaranteed.
