The “last mile” logistics is the last segment of supply chain and the most critical part step for the transfer of commodities’ ownership.The logistics services influence the customer’s satisfaction and costs of commodities circulation largely.In china,the social logistics cost is staying at a high level,twice the Europe and American’,there are some common problem in the last mile cannot be solved perfectly,such as high inventory,low delivery speed,unsatisfactory benefits.Especially with the increase of consumers’ individuation demand,those problems are getting even harder and cannot be solved without modern information technology and innovative models.The common containers bring scale effect,the drop and pull transport can integrate resources of commodities and recourses.However those advantages can’t be utilized,limited by vehicle,road condition,delivery and capital input,the efficient model is hard applied to the last mile.The paper,based on the scale effect of containers’ and advantages of resources integration of drop and pull transport,propose a creative transport pattern to the lastmile,aims to improve the efficiency and benefit of logistics and enterprises.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the last mile distribution,the paper studied and designed a kind of smart micro-container.From the following aspects: consolidation,functions,capacity,encode method,material,the container is detailed designed.Beyond the basic and cold storage,the container includes package position locating devices,temperature reporting part and container selecting functions,which help workers find container and assemble package quicker.Secondly,containerized logistics pattern with smart micro-container based on the mechanism of force manipulability was minutely discussed.There are different strategies for different vehicles,and the entire system includes load,collect,pick-up and container change operations.Besides,more detailed process design for individual request in open environment.Thirdly,put forward the system architecture and function frame of the drop and pull transport logistics information system based on the theories mentioned above.Then develop a drop and pull transport information management system oriented to TPL enterprises based on VS.NTE win form.The system includes the following parts: information management of stores,resource scheduling modules,inquiry terminal for customers.Besides,develop an intelligent terminal program,it can establish communication among micro-containers,package location and works and costumers.The preliminary application shows that a tricycle can carry 18 containers and 144 packages,the seeking and pick out operation only take 6s.Theoretically,the transition period timing shortened much,the last mile logistics efficiency and veracity improved greatly and the customers’ satisfactory promoted largely.
