Design And Realization Of Materials Management System For Mechanical Processing Enterprises

Material management is an important part of enterprise information management,the main purpose is to achieve the enterprise's processing supplies,fixed assets,equipment use,such as scientific and meticulous management.Based on this purpose,this paper embarks from the reality,according to the problems existing in current mechanical processing enterprise material management and demand management,procurement management,inventory management,settlement management,bar code management and recall management,such as integrated management of.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper according to the basic principles of software engineering,the material management system for the needs analysis,overall design,detailed design and implementation and testing.In the demand analysis stage,determine the system should have the function,including purchasing management,inventory management,bar code management,settlement management,processing management,recall management and through the use case diagram of the unified modeling language(UML)on the user's needs were formalized description;in the system design stage,through the B/S architecture and C/S structure of the advantages and disadvantages and the analysis of the system combined with the feature,the final choice of B/S architecture as the software architecture of the system.At the same time,according to the demand analysis stage to form the demand,further refinement,the system function module,and use the hierarchical structure diagram to express the relationship between the various modules.At the end of the whole design,the database system is designed from three aspects:concept structure,logic structure and physical structure.In the detailed design stage,time series chart is used to describe the business process of each module of the system;in the implementation,and testing phases,using ASP language,development tools using visual Studio2005 and management platform of database with SQL Server 2008,encoding.Finally the test environment configuration and each module of the system for functional testing.Through the system is put into use,and solves the problem of too much and the variety of its material,storage and verification process cumbersome,the frequency of use is not a demand change with season area,and storage of the lack of effective management and local materials waste serious and so on.To save a lot of time and improve the accuracy and realize high efficiency management for the management of the mechanical processing enterprises.
