| In recent years,wind power as a clean renewable energy has developed rapidly.Benefit and challenge coexist along with the development of this industry.Especially,with the increase of wind power station the effective and timely supply of spare part for the broken-down alternator is an important factor that impacts the production capacity of the wind power station.Therefore,the requirement for the logistics of spare part is higher and higher.At present,the demand information of spare parts is not timely,and the cycle of spare part supply is long.The management of spare part is inefficiency.In this situation,it is necessary to construct an effective system for the logistics of spare parts supply,which will improve the present management of spare parts logistics and provide spare parts in time for the wind power station to increase production capacity along increasing economic benefit.In this paper,firstly,the development prospect has been analyzed.Secondly,the logistics of spare part in the wind power industry at present has been introduced.Then we find the existing problems according to the present situation.Finally,based on those problems,the improvement method for the spare parts logistics of wind power industry has been proposed,hoping that it will have demonstration effect for spare parts logistics management of other industries. |
