Design And Implementation Of Hotel Service Management System

With the rapid economy development in our country,hotel service industry has become increasingly prosperous.The scale of hotel is expanding,and the cross city hotel chain has been developed rapidly.Businesses in hotel management include hotel room management,logistics equipment purchase,customer booking and others.So much businesses need distributed system to achieve information,intelligent,automated management,thus to facilitate customer occupancy,improve service level and improve hotels’ competition level.Research and application status of hotel information system are analyzed;research purpose and significance of the study are summarized too.Problems in hotel information system are presented,based on relevant research status summarization.Traditional hotel management system use stand-alone system,it has the defect of installation process complex,database mode has no portability,and access performance is weak.Hotel information system is designed in this dissertation based on UML technology,in order to overcome defects in traditional system.The system is implemented by B/S structure and.NET platform.Main work of this paper includes the following two aspects.Firstly,functions of this system are described by technical of UML,which include reception management,staff management,customer management,query statistics management and system management.Use case model of every function is deigned.Secondly,functions in this system are implemented by B/S structure,and users can access system through internet.Which can timely published in the online hotel room reservation information in real-time,for customers booking and settlement,improve hotel service level.The hotel service management system can improve the information level of the room management,the customer reception,the staff management and the cost settlement,and simplify the operation complexity of the foreground business management personnel,improve the hotel work efficiency and service level.
