With the development of society,the Urban infrastructure has increased year by year.These facilities has the characteristics of variety,large quantity,distributability and heterogeneity.To address theses issues,an effective platform is needed that can promote the management of information and standardization of operation and maintenance of field equipments.Combined with the TPM theory,this thesis proposed the idea of “Internet + Operation and Maintenance” and developed a set of software for field equipment operating and maintaining.The system has the function of field equipment management,position management,warning management,task management,data statistics and system management,etc.Besides,job nodes(tour-inspection registration,device maintenance,problem solving,failure reporting,failure confirmation,dispatching failure records,maintaining record and maintaining confirmation)and Job content in the operation and maintenance phase are all implemented and can be queried and counted.Using the system,the relevant resources can be integrated together,which can improve the efficiency of the equipment operation and maintenance.The system can be run on mobile terminals and PC terminals,so users can use the system conveniently.From the perspective of field equipment operation and maintenance,and based on the deeply feasibility analysis of the system from aspects of operation,economy and technology,utilizing object-oriented method,this paper applies the UML technique to model the system requirements and business process,performs detailed design of function module,physical solution,database and program process of the system,and presents an effective & informative solution.Finally,the system is implemented by the techniques such as Android+JavaWeb,SSH,and SQL Server,etc.The performance of the system shows that the system can solve the existing problems effectively.Through the management of information and standardization,workers can manage the field devices based on the mobile terminal efficiently.
