With the development of modern radar technology and its application in many aspects in the military and people’s livelihood,people have increasingly higher requirements to the radar receiver performance.As the main component of radar receiver,the receiver front-end’s technical performance index is higher correspondingly.By studying and developing the blueprint of the original receiver front-end combinations in some imported type radar antenna receiving module,and by analyzing its function and composition through reverse engineer,then the input/output characteristics and electric performance parameters are obtained.According to the characteristics and performance index to choose the appropriate domestic device to carry on the localization design,and finally through the comparison test between original prototype and the introduction of the radar model,this article aims to achieve the function consistent with the imported original and to meet the requirements that the performance index is superior to the imported types of original design.Firstly,this article explains the research background and significance of the subject and then states the domestic and international trends and the main work of this paper.Secondly,by exploring the high frequency module working principle of a certain type of guidance radar antenna,this article introduces the important functions and working principle of the receiver front-end combinations of the system,and make a comparison on several common design schemes of the receiving end.After determining the working principle of this group and the overall design scheme,this article put forward the combination of the design ideas and design scheme of each component,and using reverse engineering to survey and map the combination of the high frequency part and using simulation software to optimize the index.Using replacement method to manage the front frequency amplifier circuit that is to use integration module to replace discrete component to optimize design and improve performance of this group.Finally,through processing,debugging,testing of all parts of this group and link debugging of the whole group,then this article aims to make the main performance index of the combination to achieve:(1)The mixer crystal current: +7~+23μA(forward current);-23~-7μA(reverse current)(2)Noise figure : The noise figure is equal or lesser than 20 dB.(3)The spreading gain is equal or greater than 15 dB.(4)The frequency of 3 db bandwidth is equal or greater than 10 MHz.(5)The gain adjustment range is equal or greater than 15 dB.(6)This group can realize function of logical switch controlling.(7)The portfolio consumption current is equal or less than 60 mA.So is achieved to the practical purpose of replacing the original pieces directly.Through the localization design and implementation of a certain type combination of guidance radar receiver front-end,this article provides an effective way to solve the radar equipment maintenance support problem trigger by order shortage,channel impeded which caused by the factors such as politics,economy,secrecy and so on.
