To promote the unemployment of university graduates,the Ministry of Education and other administrations had jointly published rules and documents that aim to solve the problem recently.Hence,ways to perfectly assure the internship and employment of undergraduates have been a major concern troubles universities.As a base to train talents,universities shall make great efforts to implement the major teaching steps so as to improve their students’employment.As a teaching measure,Specific-job Training is a transition stage in which the undergraduates can formally enter into the society and play a role of workman/workmen,which can directly affect the quality of university graduates,employment.The Specific-job Training has long been a way that is lack of effect management,and most of students start their internship aimlessly.Moreover,it is common that universities’ poor ability in coordination,enterprises’ poor participation and poor regulation to interns are the major problems.With the development of information and technology,development and the application of Specific-job Training system are the main measures to manage the above problems.Based on the construction of informationization held in a university’s Specific-job Training system,the paper discussed the development of a system that can manage the internship of university students and the evaluation of their internship and other core function.The system is designed to link enterprises,posts,campus bases and change of posts when Specific-job Training begins.By introducing the system,universities,enterprises and students who are involved in the internship can be specified so as to effectively monitor the condition of the internship,build a more closer relationship between universities and enterprises,pave a smooth way to students’ future employment and further improve the quality of universities students’ employment,which not only benefit the development of university,but also meet the urgent demand of various companies.To implement the above informationization smoothly,the system is invented in accordance with the analysis,design and development and references the theories and practical knowledge of software engineering.The system is designed in accordance with system analyze,system design and system realization,using UML,business flow chart and other tools which can design software and further specifying the development procedure of the system.Based on.NET,the system used Asp.Net techniques,introducing the idea of Ajax,JQuery and other techniques.The above development idea and technologies guarantee the advancement,flexibility and security of the system,meanwhile,improving user-experience.With the development of technology and popularization,the system can be used to manage other majors and provides a references for the management of Specific-job Training in other universities and majors.
