With the rapid development of China’s electric power industry,the system of electric power enterprises in the equipment maintenance is constantly getting the reform and deepening.At present,the PIRR system has become a basic equipment condition in the process of maintenance work.In order to be able for power generation equipment problems in the course of management effectively,through a combination of computer technology,communication technology,Internet technology,detection technology design and develop a highly efficient and intelligent power plant equipment maintenance management system is imperative.This paper according to the actual problems of power plant equipment maintenance management exist,combined with the current mainstream technology in the information systems development process,realize the inspection power plant J2 EE B/S frame,the maintenance management information system based on.The application of the application system to the power plant equipment management,can effectively guarantee the system stability of the equipment in the process of operation,and can prolong the service life of the equipment is very good,reduce the cost of equipment in the repair process,improve the management level of power plant equipment.So the research and development of this system has very important significance.This topic in the current power plant equipment maintenance management on the basis of specific optimization scheme,using Oracle database,Ajax technology,MVC architecture technology to design and implement a set of business processes more standardized,the working efficiency is relatively high,relatively strong operational power plant equipment maintenance management system,the main research work as follows:(1)for the power plant equipment maintenance management system selection application technology needed in the system,based on B/S architecture,combined with the popular Struts application framework technology will be divided into data layer,logic layer and application layer three levels;using HTML5 and JSP technology for data in dynamic display the application layer,management and control of business logic and operation process using the interceptor and filters in the logic layer,the data layer uses Oracle as the background Database.(2)to complete the analysis of power plant equipment maintenance management system requirements,according to the actual needs of the business,using object-oriented design detailed analysis of the function of case system,including equipment management,inspection management,daily management,maintenance management,file management,personnel management,system management module.(3)to complete the overall design of power plant equipment maintenance management system,according to the function module design in case demand analysis,business process analysis of specific functional modules,and the table structure in the database and its correlation analysis;(4)the power plant equipment maintenance management system for description of the specific platform and implementation method,key functions of the interface system are introduced.
