| With the development of education in China,the ability of teachers gradually put forward higher requirements.So that teachers are being re-assigned to teaching tasks under the classroom,get a systematic and comprehensive education and training,to make their teaching ability,personal accomplishment to be improved,while indirectly to better education for students.However,there are few clear evaluation criteria for the training process that teachers receive,and no information system can implement evaluation automatically.By analyzing the regular process of teacher training,this paper proposes to evaluate the whole process of teacher training by using the mode of evaluation,and design and implement a multi-dimension comprehensive training process evaluation system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the application of multi-dimension evaluation model and training evaluation model in education and training evaluation.The development of the relevant dimensions of the evaluation criteria,such as pre-training questionnaire,training,learning and assessment,training,after the practice of work.Then,this paper analyzes the requirements of multi-dimension comprehensive training and evaluation system from several aspects,such as system logic requirement,system functional requirement,non-functional requirement,database requirement and main business process requirement.This paper develops several major user roles of the system,as well as their respective functional requirements.At last,the design and implementation of multi-dimension comprehensive training evaluation system are analyzed in detail.The system adopts B/S mode,uses C#language and ASP.NET platform and SQL server database to build the system.From the overall system design,the system design objectives,architecture design,function module design and database design are studied,and the function module and database table are designed in detail.The research of this paper will provide more data sources for the evaluation of teachers’ training evaluation theory and provide important basis for the design and adjustment of the teacher training courses on the other hand. |
