By the influence of traditional thinking,the human resource management of the Liaoning Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives is still achieved by the conventional method,which is difficult to meet the needs of the new environment.There are still a lot of problems in the current mode.First of all,the new form of resource awareness is limited;secondly,the traditional method cannot achieve the full ability of employee and human resources are not reasonably distributed.Considering the network architecture and the service characteristics of the enterprise,the purpose of this paper is to design and implement the human resource management system that can meet the needs of users,and the system has the ability of maintenance,flexibility and scalability.According to the customer’s needs,client-server(C/S)architecture is used in our system and the function of this system includes employee information management,training management,welfare management,assessment management and so on.VS2010 is used as the integrated development environment,the Server SQL is considered as database(DB)and C#is used to develop the system.In order to improve the performance of our system and make the system meet the needs of the enterprises development in the future,three layers structure is used in the thesis.In addition,LINQ technology is used to operate the DB and the database connection pool technology is used to improve the performance of DB connection.Data security has an important significance to Liaoning Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives.The variety of mobile smart devices,such as mobile phones,tablet computers and so on,brings more threats to the security of data.The leak of the data not only brings economic losses to the enterprise,especially for the losses of the intangible assets of enterprises.In order to ensure the data safety of the human resource management system,hybrid encryption algorithm is utilized to the data transmission and storage.In our method,the key of the data encryption standard(DES)algorithm will be transferred from server to the client by the public key encryption of RSA,and then the client,decrypting the DES key through the private key,carries out safe and reliable data transmission with server.In order to guarantee the security of data in DB,the system provides the function of full data backup and recovery.
